Events & Activities
One unique characteristic that makes Colorado Mama Tribe stand out is that we actively host in-person events. While online support groups are immensely helpful, we build strong friendships and community by coming together face-to-face and building bonds that turn friends into family. That is why we keep it locally Colorado!
Monthly Social Events
Wine and Charcuterie nights, crafts at Upstairs Circus, Yoga and concerts at Red Rocks, Pool Parties, picnics, and so much more... Each month Colorado Mama Tribe hosts a different social event giving mamas the opportunity for time with friendship and support.
Holiday Parties
Christmas, Mothers Day, Galentines, Halloween etc. We host themed get togethers to celebrate the different holidays throughout the year.
Annual Retreat
A weekend escape with moms who "get it" is sometimes exactly what is needed to recharge. Our annual retreats typically include guided meditation, reflective and healing activities, hot tubbing and good food, and most importantly - friendship and support.
Online Support Group
Colorado Mama Tribe hosts an active Private Facebook group where moms can come to ask questions, get advice, vent about their struggles and share celebrations about their successes. Its a safe space to be vulnerable and real.

Colorado Dad Tribe
Sometimes dads need some community and support too. We organize quarterly events for dads to come together (sharing emotions is optional) and find support and friendship within this unique community. And they even get their own private Facebook group, no moms allowed!
Volunteer/Charity Events
Every November we host a community Give-Back event. In the past we have donated care packages to moms in the NICU or provided goody bags to Hospital Staff. We love finding a new way to give back to our community each year!

Location-Based Ambassadors
In order to accommodate as many mamas as possible, we are expanding our meet-up locations beyond Denver-based events. We currently have a Northern Ambassador hosting Quarterly North events (Fort Collins, Loveland, North Denver Suburbs), and a South Ambassador hosting quarterly south events (Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Pueblo).
Hospital Care Packages
Colorado Mama Tribe helps to comfort moms who are inpatient with their kiddos by dropping off care packages! While nothing can make hospital stays fun, we hope these treats bring a smile to mama's faces during difficult times.
Mindful Mamas
Colorado Mama Tribe is excited to begin providing FREE group therapy to mamas in our community. Taking care of US allows for better caregiving to our kiddos. We believe mental health should be a priority for moms living this unique journey, and we are excited to help provide this.
